Q: Do I have to have an empty cartridge to refill?
A: We will deliver a remanned cartridge to you before you give us your old one. So you can continue to use your old cartridge until it is used. Once the old cartridge is no longer printing we'll return to pick it up.

A: You can reach us Mon-Fri. We are closed weekends and stat holidays.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We require a copy of invoice or invoice number and a sample page of defect for all cartridges.
We will work with our customers to accommodate a credit for product that is not opened.
